The members of the Committee took note of information on the implementation of the Programme for economic and social development of the city of Lutsk for 2016-2017 at the end of 2016, supported the draft decision on approval of the report on implementation of the budget of the city for the year 2016 and amendments to the city budget. One of the issues raised for consideration was the approval of the program of use of funds of the parliamentary Fund in 2017. According to the Deputy Andrei Kosuri, the budget for the Program is provided funding in the amount of 4, 3 million UAH, that is 100 thousand UAH in the Fund for each MP. Andriy Kozyura proposed to spend these funds not only on the economic needs of the constituency, but materalise assistance to citizens in difficult life situations. His proposal was supported, however, the amount of financial assistance, the deputies recommended limit by checking the size of the payment per person in an amount not more than RS 3200. The total share of material assistance in the structure Deutsche Fund should not exceed 10 percent. The deputies supported the draft decision with the proposed modifications.
