January 4, the rescuers Izyaslav raided at the biggest and most dangerous district in the center of the icy pond – the Goryn river, where gathers a lot of fans of winter sports. The main objective of these road checks – to remind and to tell fishermen the rules of conduct on the ice to protect them from harm.
