- For deteriorations of weather conditions that occur during the last days of operational-rescue service of Transcarpathian region, together with local authorities has already established 26 points in heat seven administrative-territorial units of the region. The vast majority of them are on the basis of medical institutions, centers of social protection services, fire and rescue units and mobile points of heating units SSES of Ukraine. Here citizens can stay warm and drink hot tea, and in particular in Uzhgorod, representatives of the red cross Society and provide humanitarian assistance. People without permanent residency and low-income and elderly citizens can get warm clothes. As of January 5, the heating already turned 370 people. According to preliminary forecasts of weather forecasters for the period in the near future in the area will be the improvement of the SYNOPTIC situation, sometimes the mark of the thermometer will record the air temperature with the sign "plus", but with Vodohrescha in Transcarpathia will be back this winter.
