In Rivne region the employee of the penitentiary passed on convicts prohibited items for undue advantage
as a result of joint coordinated actions of the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region together with employees of USBU in the Rivne region and the State penitentiary service of Ukraine in Rivne region documented the illegal activities of the officer of one of the penal institutions. - Senior Lieutenant of internal service is accused of systematically obtaining undue advantage, for the transmission of prohibited items (mobile phones and alcoholic beverages) to persons who are in the place of unfreedom, - said the Deputy Prosecutor of the Rivne region Andrey Borovik. - The illegal activities last drew his subordinate, which and detained while trying to transfer into the protected zone 4 mobile phones and cash. Now investigators of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region held pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings under part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine (receiving improper benefits).
