Transcarpathia: on Beregovo drunk driver made a fatal road accident

On 9 January, around 17:40 hours. received a message on the phone "102", that the village of yanoshi in Beregovo district occurred dorozhno-transport incident. Leaving the police learned that the driver of the car "Volkswagen Passat", without having chosen the safe speed, hit 27-year-old cyclist, a resident of the same village. Behind the wheel of the car was 27-year-old resident of Beregovo district, which during a road accident were in an alcohol intoxication. On this fact initiated criminal proceedings under article 286 part 2 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (Violation of rules of traffic safety or transport operation by persons which operate the vehicle).
