In Vinnytsia region Prosecutor's office helps to return to the state budgetary funds
the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region systematically studied the question of the return of loans granted to the sub’objects of management at the expense of budgetary financing. One of the sub’objects the provision of such services acts Ukrainian state Fund for support farms. A study of the return status provided by the Vinnytsia oblast Department of Fund of funds for development of farms identified two cases of improper fulfilment by farmers of their financial Zobov’'yazan to the Fund. In particular, two farmers of the region did not ensure the timely repayment of state financial assistance in the amount of almost 120 thousand UAH. In connection’connection with this prosecution lawsuits in the interests of the Vinnitsa regional Department of the Ukrainian state Fund of support of farms in these farms on the recovery of the specified budgetary funds. After the return of these funds they can be used to assist farmers.
