In Lutsk during the RAID tested objects of trade and sphere of services regarding observance of the legislation in the sphere of trade and catering business
In the night of 4 to 5 January 2016, the working group on control over observance of legislation in the field of trade and restaurant business in the composition of the office of business development and advertising was carried out the next RAID. Was tested 14 objects of trade and services recorded one and the fact of violation of part 2 of article 156 Art. On the fact of violation of the provisions of the above legislation was drawn up an administrative Protocol on the seller food kiosk on the Avenue of Youth, 8.
