the first stage of the competitive selection of the United territorial communities for establishment of Centres of providing administrative services (AHPC). Four of the United territorial community of the region entered the second round. This competition is organised by the Ministry of regional development, construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine jointly with the project "governance Reform in the East of Ukraine", which takes the German Federal company DeutscheGesellschaftf?rInternationaleZusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of Federal Ministry for economic cooperation and development of Germany). There is every reason to hope that most communities will get methodical help for the high-quality completion of their projects to create Snapv. According to the decision of the Competition Commission in the second round of the competition were held in 28 communities. Previously it was planned to select only 20 communities. According to the information of the Competition Commission, to participate in the competition applications were submitted by 103 community. Of these, 6 applications were filed by communities that at the time of filing did not have the status of the United territorial community.
