In Khmelnytsky region state assistance for single mothers
the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on 24 December 2015 the Law of Ukraine "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine" (registration number 3628 from 11.12.2015 years), which provides for change of conditions of granting of separate kinds of social assistance. The law provides that temporary state assistance to children whose parents evade paying alimony will be granted taking into account the financial status of the family in which the child is brought up. The help on children to lonely mothers - in amount, which is equal to the difference between 100% of the subsistence minimum for a child of relevant age and average monthly total income of the family per one person for the previous six months. In this case, please note that for citizens who turn in the period January-March 2016 for the purpose of these types of benefits under new conditions, these benefits are planned to appoint and pay from 1 January 2016.
