In the Zhytomyr region upgrade their homes with state support
On in Ukraine one of the ways of addressing the issue of raising tariffs for housing and utilities is energy – saving thermal insulation of buildings, Windows, doors, installation of meters, replacement of energy-intensive boilers. After such activities, the savings can reach 50 % of the cost of utility bills. Due to high prices on energy efficient equipment and materials, the state developed the program of preferential crediting of population and housing complexes. From now on part of loan funds for this program reimburse the state. To take credit for energy efficient equipment and materials and receive a refund in the Zhytomyr region in 3-Bank institutions: JSC "Oschadbank", JSC "Ukreximbank" and "Ukrgasbank". The population is invited to: * 20% reimbursement of the loan amount on negative boiler (solid fuel, electric); * 30% on energy efficient materials and equipment; * 70% for recipients of a grant. Condominiums and cooperatives can receive 40% reimbursement of loan for house-wide events. In addition, if residents have subsidence – the recovery rate depends on their number and average between 40% and 70%. State support is provided for the purchase not gas-induced boilers; materials for the thermal insulation/thermal modernization of external walls, attics, roof, Foundation; Windows and balcony doors with energy efficient glass; metering devices of thermal energy and water, many tariff electricity meters; heat pumps, solar collectors and individual heat substations and the like. By 2015, with the start of the program, Zhytomyr region gave 4095 credits in the amount of 64 million 147 thousand UAH, out of which 631 credit for boilers.
