In Vinnitsa rescuers worked to save people who fell through ice
January 15, the employees of management of SSES of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region held demonstration exercises on the river southern bug. Because of fluctuations in temperature the ice on the ponds of Vinnytsia region is not strong enough, so there is considerable risk to the lives of people who ignore basic rules of safety on frozen ponds. During the practical part of the exercises by fighters of gschs were shown ways to provide professional and skilled assistance to a person who fell through the ice. To see how rescued from the icy water "victim" wished the fishermen, who were fishing, as well as ordinary residents of the city with children. The plan is indicative, rescuers helped the man who fell through the ice. To do this, the fighters of gschs used special equipment, among which Alexandrov's end, a buoy device for rescue of people on water "straw" and such things as clothes, a belt and a tree branch. Usually, they can take advantage of the ordinary citizens if they became accidental witness to the falling of man under the ice. Doctors rescue Services "101" in practice, demonstrated how quickly and correctly to provide first pre-medical help to the person who is victim of his own carelessness.
