Among them: expansion, modernization and the opening of the ambulatory of family type on the streets Nalivaiko, Musketeers, Bandelin, September the district; ensuring accessibility of preschool education by opening additional groups in the amount of 200 seats due to reconstruction of preschool educational establishments on the street. Chopin to Kiev Maidan); major reconstruction of bridges and overpasses on the streets of Rivne, Kivertsovsky, Shevchenko; reconstruction of sidewalks on the avenues of Rebirth, Youth, Unity, Victory (stage II); reconstruction of vul. Lesya Ukrainka; repair of roads on the 55 streets (Kovel, Rovno, Karbysheva, Ershova, etc.); the study and beginning of the restoration of the dungeons in Lutsk in the Old city; the establishment of the Center for intercultural dialogue on vul. Dragomanova, 1 and so on. He noted that the program envisages implementation of a number of mednarodnih projects. So, thanks to the EBRD loan funds in the amount of 10 million euros and a grant from the Fund Å5Ð (4 million euros) will be the reconstruction of the district heating system of the city of Lutsk. In particular, it is planned liquidation of the underground boiler houses, reconstruction of Central heating stations, installation of ITP in more than 200 apartment houses and boiler alternative fuel in the boiler house on the street of Bozhenko and more. Also thanks to the cooperation with NEFCO 40 budget institutions will be carried out energy-saving measures, and KP “Lutskvodokanal” will be able to modernize the system of water supply and sanitation. Taras Yakovlev said that the document envisages numerous measures for normal functioning of the city and its development in the next two years. Concluding his report the first Deputy of the mayor has answered questions of deputies. Elected representatives of the community were actively interested in the individual items of the Programme for economic and social development of the city of Lutsk in 2016-2017 and asked their questions and made suggestions. Mykola Romaniuk said that the program envisages serious measures for the development of our city and all of them backed by financial resource. Of course, according to him, there are many problems that cannot be dealt with because of lack. He said that in case of overfulfillment of the budget in the Programme for economic and social development of the city of Lutsk for 2016-2017 will be amended and urged all to work together for the benefit of the local community.
