In Khmelnytsky oblast rescuers listened to a lecture about prevention of influenza
Because in Ukraine increases the number of cases of flu, and in some regions is already registered lethal cases, - there is a need for strengthened preventive measures in order to protect themselves from the disease. To this end, head of public health’I GU gschs Oleg Squeeze met with the rescuers to tell what the basic rules should be observed in order not to get sick, and – as a time to recognize the disease, and if necessary – not to pull with timely treatment to the doctor. On the same day all the employees of the Main Department received a prophylactic against influenza. The flu has symptoms similar to other acute respiratory viral infections, but is quite dangerous due to possible complications. To protect yourself from this disease, one only has to follow simple tips, namely: 1.Not to ignore the sharp increase in temperature. 2.Not to abuse the medication. 3.According to the health MINISTRY, all recorded deaths from the flu occurred because of a delay in seeking care in the hospital. Patients were seen on 5-6th day from the onset of the disease, and pneumonia at the time have already led to irreversible process. 4.Do not attempt to move the disease. 5.Not to bring down the temperature not exceeding 38 degrees, because it is a physiological process of body protection. 6.Not to leave the house with "unprotected" nose. 7.Basically, the flu virus enters the body through the mucous membranes.
