In the night from 15 to 16 January 2016 on the territory of Zhytomyr region there was a significant precipitation in the form of snow, the average temperature ranged from 0 to - 2C°. In some places the thickness of snow on the ground reached 15 cm. Within the winter maintenance of public roads during the bad weather were involved 142 units of equipment and 180 workers, used 516 tons of sand and salt mixture.
