Rivne region: the rapid response service is ready to assist people during difficult weather conditions

The head of the rescue Service region Sergey Kruk informed the participants that the purpose of rapid response to emergency events and situations in difficult weather conditions, fire and rescue units are transferred to the strengthened mode of service. In divisions of head Department is in constant readiness to perform the assigned tasks fire fighting, engineering, rescue equipment, and a mobile item management and item life support. In the operational calculation are more than 50 units of fire and special equipment, and approximately 200 personnel, in the reserves 72 units of equipment. The chief rescuer of the region noted that from the beginning of 2016 Rivne rescuers quickly eliminated 59 of the fires and prevented the destruction of property by tens of thousands of hryvnia, 18 times assisted the police after road traffic accidents caused by icy conditions on the roads of the region. Also, Sergei Kruk announced that, in connection’connection with a sharp decrease in air temperature, January 4, the Directorate deployed 2 mobile mobile points of heating of GU gschs in the city of Rivne to provide assistance to the population from hypothermia and 35 stationary heating of local Executive authorities in the settlements of Rivne region, in which during the period of 485 persons were provided assistance.
