In Zhytomyr region began to ban the delivery of goods to/from Crimea
16 January 2016 entered into force the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from December 16, 2015 No. 1035 banning the supply of goods (works, services) from the temporarily occupied territory to another territory of Ukraine and/or with other territory of Ukraine in the temporarily occupied territory. The ban applies to the economic zone of the Crimea. The exception is transportation of personal belongings, certain the first paragraph of article 370 of the Customs code of Ukraine (except for goods defined in paragraph 24 of part one of this article) that move baggage and/or accompanied Luggage, as well as socially important food products, which move the citizens, the total invoice value of which does not exceed the equivalent of 10 000 and the total weight does not exceed 50 kilograms per person. The order does not apply to: - the supply of electrical energy from the temporarily occupied territory to another territory of Ukraine and/or with other territory of Ukraine in the temporarily occupied territory shall be in accordance with the decision of the Council of national security and defense of Ukraine; - supply from the temporarily occupied territory to another territory of Ukraine of goods of strategic significance for the economy and security of the state, for the confirmation of the Ministry of economic development and trade; - import the temporarily occupied territory of humanitarian assistance provided by international humanitarian organizations in accordance with the list approved by the Ministry of social policy.
