Under the chairmanship of the first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Andriy Gyzhko held a working meeting on the issues of transfer of functions of state registrars of business and real estate rights from the organs of justice to the district administrations (local governments). To participate in the meeting were representatives of the Main territorial administration of justice in the Vinnitsa region, Department of regional economic development of regional state administration, management organizational and personnel work of staff administration, the Vice-chairmen of district state administrations, city mayors of cities of regional importance and the responsible person. Opening the meeting Andrey Geico noted the importance of prompt and responsible solution to the issue relating to transfer of functions of state registrars of business and real estate rights from the organs of justice to the local authorities. "Everyone needs a fairly responsible approach to this matter, because there is little time left. So, according to the Law of Ukraine On amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On state registration of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs" and some other legislative acts of Ukraine on decentralization of powers on state registration of legal entities, physical persons - entrepreneurs and community groups" territorial bodies formed by the Ministry of justice of Ukraine in accordance with legislation, cease the provision of services in the sphere of state registration on the territory of respective administrative-territorial units April 30, 2016", - said Andrey Geico. During the meeting the head of the Main territorial administration of justice in the Vinnitsa region Yuri Krugel informed those present about the changes in legislation to ensure state registration of property rights and business. Also listened to a presentation by the Deputy chief of territorial administration of justice in the Vinnitsa region on the state registration of Volodymyr Koval to ensure the reception/transmission functions of state registrars of business and real estate rights from the organs of justice to the district administrations (local governments).
