In Vinnitsa region implemented the pilot project "a Preliminary review of the documents"
the Purpose of this pilot project is based on the ability of each volunteer to make certain changes in information about the legal entity contained in the Unified state register of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs, by filling out the registration card and submission of documents determined by the Law of Ukraine "On state registration of legal entities and physical persons – entrepreneurs", in electronic form through the web site technical administrator of the Unified state register of legal entities and physical persons – entrepreneurs for their preliminary consideration by the state Registrar. In case of absence of grounds for leaving the documents without consideration the applicant is informed about the date and time for submission of paper documents to the respective registration steps. The pilot project "a Preliminary review of documents", is to consider the state Registrar at the location of the legal entity of documents in electronic form necessary for registration.
