In the Volyn region rescuers taught the people how to behave on the ice
20 January employees of Lyuboml district Department UDSNS Ukraine in the Volyn region held a preventive RAID, during which he reminded fans of winter fishing, some basic safety on the ice. The event took place on the territory of the lake Saranskoe. First rescuers recommended to lovers of winter extreme caution out on the ice, was advised to bring the means of salvation, not to punch a lot of holes and be collected in a small area in large groups. During the interviews the employees of gschs reminded about the prohibition to go out on the ice drunk and urged not to let their children have fun on the ice without adult supervision, and told in detail how to act if fell through the ice and how to help another person get out of ice trap. Rescuers noted citizens, shaky ice, where failed people, there is a significant risk, and most end up in the water, so you need to consider your own physical abilities, and at low temperatures hypothermia occurs rapidly, so we must act decisively. During educational talks the rescuers handed fishermen flyers and leaflets with the rules of safe behavior on the ice.
