Chernihiv: English for seniors: never too late to learn
In Chernigov in the Central city library im. M. kotsyubinskogo in support of the President's Decree "On declaring 2016 the Year of the English language in Ukraine" from December last year began working with the faculty of philological study of the English language at the primary level "English for seniors: never too late to learn". The faculty of the Department of culture, Chernihiv city and Chernihiv city Council centralized library system on the basis of "University 60+". Library staff aim to provide English at the primary level students of venerable age, increase social comfort of older people in modern life. Classes faculty attend for free 50 users. Each group engaged in twice a week. The training course lasts six months. The faculty members are library workers who have a special education. In addition to lectures at the University will be organized interesting social and cultural and artistic events. The library is for many listeners is not only a place of education and free information, but also companionship and recreation.
