On face the use of high-performance agricultural machinery – the key to high yields of
the agricultural sector has good prospects for increasing the volumes of agricultural production, and consequently the strengthening of its positions on domestic and world markets. However, vulnerable farmers is still a technical Park. Due to the lack of modern harvesting machinery, every year farmers lose significant amounts of field crops. More than 80 % of agricultural machinery is obsolete, which worked out their amortization terms. Particularly acute this problem is traced to a small farm and personally-farms that do not have adequate financial resources to purchase expensive imported equipment. The question of maintenance of agricultural machinery was long overdue. In 2016 the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine plans to focus on three main objectives, the implementation of which will radically change the situation: - to improve the program of financial leasing of equipment and to increase volumes of financing, in parallel, improving customs-tariff regulation of the development of the industry by abolishing the payment of import duties on the import of components and sets for the production in Ukraine of high-performance equipment, as well as modern technological equipment to ensure the modernization of the production base of the plants; - amend the Law of Ukraine "On stimulation of development of domestic mechanical engineering for agroindustrial complex" in terms of establishing that the domestic equipment is equipment which is manufactured in Ukraine by existing enterprises-residents of Ukraine, including joint ventures with foreign partners and new industries, created with attraction of investments; - develop and implement investment projects to establish production of high-performance combine harvesters, tractors and other innovative agricultural machinery and equipment. In Vinnytsia oblast has a number of powerful manufacturers of agricultural machinery, which is known not only in the field but also outside it, such as: JSC "Khmelnitsliy"; JSC "Mogilev-Podolsky machine-building plant. S. M. Kirov”. Mohyliv-Podilskyi; LLC "Krasninskoe JV "Agromash" Krasnoe village in Buchach district; ODO "Bratslav" SMT. Bratslav, Nemirovsky district; PJSC "Kalinske district enterprise "Agromash". Kalinovka; LLC "Vdmosfets".Vinnitsa. The above mentioned enterprises in 2015 year made of 813 pieces of farm machinery in the amount of 93,2 million UAH.
