In Ivano-Frankivsk region in the service of helping people
20 January in the Management of SSES in the region held a meeting of the red cross Society of Ukraine in the mode of video conference, which was attended by representatives of SSES in the region, Chairman of the Ivano-Frankivsk regional organization of the red cross Society of Ukraine Valeriy Starchenko, heads of city and district organizations, members of the rapid response team, the volunteers. The meeting was chaired by the Chairman of the red cross Society of Ukraine Ivan Usichenko. Considered the issues of activities of the regional organizations of the red cross Society, the assistance of foreign donors, in cooperation with rescue service and rapid response units-in this situation - the deteriorating weather conditions and low temperatures. In particular, with regard to the Carpathians, regional red cross society cooperates with the state emergency service in the area. To prevent cases of hypothermia people in connection’connection with considerable reduction of temperature in the territory of the region there are 65 stationary heating.
