Held all-Ukrainian competition of children's drawing and painting on fire and technogenic theme
Conditions All-Ukrainian competition of children's drawing and painting on fire and man-made subjects 1. General provisions For the purpose of formation of children's culture in the handling of fire, involving actions aimed at preventing fires, other human events and training actions in emergency situations DPT of Ukraine jointly with the state emergency service of Ukraine and the editorial Board "Fire and technogenic safety" held all-Ukrainian competition of children's drawing and painting on fire and man-made subjects. 2. The main objectives of the contest: - development of creative abilities of children, improving the artistic-aesthetic level of the works on fire and technological issues; - the formation of children's culture in the handling of fire, involving actions aimed at preventing fires, other human events and training actions in emergency situations; - the formation of public opinion and civic awareness of the younger generation in the field of fire and technogenic safety; to attract children and youth to study the history of gschs of Ukraine and Voluntary fire society of Ukraine. 3. The leadership contest General management of the competition shall: a Voluntary fire society of Ukraine and the State service of Ukraine for emergency situations (with consent). Information and publishing support is provided by the magazine “Fire and technogenic safety". 4. Contestants To participate in the contest invited students and youth aged 6 to 18 years. Assume that the division of participants into 3 age categories: - from 6 to 10 years - from 11 to 14 years - from 15 to 18 years 5. The order and timing of the The competition is held in three stages: 1st step – regional, urban – 1 February to 1 March 2016; 2nd step – regional, Kyiv city - 2 March to 15 April 2016; The 3rd stage of all-Ukrainian final in absentia in Kiev – from 16 April to 30 April 2016. For the organization and conduct of all stages of the Competition for places created organizing committees, which should include representatives of local organisations from the Voluntary fire society of Ukraine, the state emergency service of Ukraine and experts of fine art. The organizing committees address issues of et’associated with the preparation and conduct of the Competition, form the conditions for conducting of the regional stage of the Competition, the jury. The jury provides an overview of the works and determines the winners for participation in subsequent stages of the Competition. 6. Conditions Work is done on topic (your choice): 1. Prevention of fires from careless handling of fire; 2. Protecting children from fires and other emergencies; 3. Work, study and life of the professional firefighters – rescuers, employees of the PTA of Ukraine, young firefighters; 4. Classes of fire-applied sports; 5. Fires in the home and at work, forest fires, fires in the grain fields; 6. Modern fire-rescue equipment and prospects of its development; 7. Violation of fire safety rules, causing fires and other emergencies. Work on the 3rd stage of the Competition are accepted till April 16, 2016 to the address: 04074, Kyiv, vul. Berezhany, 5, Voluntary fire society of Ukraine. On the reverse side must include the title, surname, name’I, a patronymic, age, home address, telephone number, educational institution (for students), email. The works submitted to the contest will not be returned. The contest organizers reserve the right to use them for fire-prevention activities aimed at strengthening fire safety in Ukraine and prevent other emergencies. The format of the works is not limited. Technique is arbitrary. 7. Nominations - Painting (the format is not limited to); - Figure format (not limited). 8. Criteria for tender evaluations Taken into account when assessing originality, brightness and expressiveness of the work, the completeness of the topic, the scope and depth of theoretical and practical training, quality of independent work, revealed a level of professionally oriented knowledge, abilities and skills. * Composition (proper placement of objects on the picture plane, found a balance regarding the composite center, created a feeling of spaciousness, achieved the perception of the integrity); * Technical literacy (perspective, correctness of transmission of proportions of objects depicted and their shapes, identify the shapes and colors of nature by means of color and black and white relations); * Imagery (artistic expressiveness of the figure, is perceived vividly, holistically, good use of light and shade, dynamics, rhythm, etc.;) 9. Rewarding participants The organizing Committee of the competition at the final stage determines three winners in each age category. The winners of all-Ukrainian stage will be awarded with gifts: for the first place in the category painting – worth up to 600 UAH; for the first place in the category picture – worth up to 500 UAH; for the second place – worth up to UAH 400; for the third place – worth up to 300 UAH. The jury may award: for the most substantial work, artistic design, good creative concept, harmonious color combination of the relevant participants with diplomas and other gifts worth up to 100 UAH. - active organizers and contest giveaways worth up to 500 UAH. For accepting gifts to the winners of the contest must be submitted to the organizing Committee a copy of the certificate on assignment of identification number of the child. The jury's decision is final and not appealable. 10. The support of the competition Voluntary fire society of Ukraine provides for the organization of the competition, acquisition of diplomas and gifts to winners. Within its competence the state emergency service of Ukraine carries out information support of the contest, the lighting conditions of its carrying out and results.
