21 January at 20.55 on communications’connection DPC-4 received a message from duty officer ambulance service of the city of Zbarazh that in the village Kohana medical car, which was an eight month old child and needed immediate hospitalization, was caught in the ice trap. To the scene to help went local on-duty guard fire brigade of the village Vishnevets Zbarazh district.
