In Lutsk during the RAID recorded two facts of sale of alcohol at night time
In the night from 21 to 22 January, the working group on control over observance of legislation in the field of trade and restaurant business to implement the decision of Lutsk city Council of 20.04.2011 ¹9/23 “banning the sale of beer, alcoholic, low alcohol drinks, wine canteens and tobacco products” carried out the RAID, during which checked 15 objects of trade and sphere of services. The employees of the Department of business development and advertising of the Lutsk city Council and the Department of the municipal police the city Council was recorded two facts of violation of article 156 part 2 of Art. On the fact of violation of the provisions of the above legislation was composed of two administrative Protocol on the seller of trading pavilion at a stop of public transport: “Kiev Maidan” (vul.Dubnyk, 2) and waiter PUB “drunken barrel” (prospect Svobody, 15). These protocols will be referred to the administrative Commission.
