Chernivtsi: Set privileges on the parent Board for the nutrition of children in preschool institutions of the city
the Executive Committee of city Council January 26, amended the decision of 23.12.2015 year "On payments by parents for food in pre-school educational establishments in Chernivtsi". In particular, reduced by 50 percent the fees for parents in families with three or more children under the age of 18. Also released from parent fees parents or persons substituting for meals: * children-orphans and children deprived of parental care who are under guardianship and are brought up in families; * children with disabilities; * children from families where the cumulative income on each member for the previous quarter with regard to the index price growth did not exceed the subsistence minimum (guaranteed minimum), which is annually established by the law on State budget of Ukraine for determining the right to exemption from payment for meals of the child in state and municipal pre-school educational institutions from families receiving assistance according to the Law of Ukraine "On state social assistance to needy families"; * children in the sanatorium preschool institutions (groups) for children with small and inactive cases of tuberculosis; * children in special preschool institutions (groups) for children requiring correction of physical and (or) mental development; * children of employees of internal Affairs bodies who died while performing official duties; * children of participants of hostilities in the Eastern regions of Ukraine; * children from families of killed (deceased) while participating in hostilities in the Eastern regions of Ukraine or organization assist participants in hostilities in the Eastern regions of Ukraine; * children of internally displaced persons from the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine and districts of the antiterrorist operation, with the appropriate supporting documents. All of the above preferential terms of payment of a food of children in preschool educational institutions will be provided at the expense of the local budget. Also, during the review, mayor Alex Kaspruk instructed the heads of educational institutions to consider free meals for pupils whose families are in difficult circumstances, but do not have privileges.
