CMS advises EBRD in SV’connection with municipal infrastructure projects in Chernivtsi and Lviv
Kyiv office of CMS Cameron McKenna has announced the provision of legal advice to the European Bank for reconstruction and development (EBRD) in connection with two financing projects in Lviv and Chernivtsi aimed at the development of important projects to expand high-speed tram and improvement of the district heating system in these cities. Utilities of Lviv and Chernivtsi have been granted loans in the amount of 6 million euros and 10 million euros under municipal guarantee.
