It is also planned to introduce the first paid Parking, and from June 1 — to introduce paid entry to the Old city. Sergei Grigorenko said that before the summer I want to fix Plitnitsa street, Castle and Cathedral. He noted that in April-may there will be continued work. The business representative Oleg Ivanyuk noted that they with colleagues, heads of institutions and residents discussed the issues of restrictions on entry into the territory of the Old town. According to him, managed to reach agreement with representatives of the company that won the tender for construction of Parking lots in the historic part of the city “Elbe WA” on the congestion charge. He stressed the need to identify the responsible person for the organization of all processes, because life is not static and is constantly changing. Oleg Ivanyuk noted that the business is interested in tourism development. He noted that now there are many abandoned objects, which do not add to the attractiveness of the historic city. Member of the Executive Committee, the Chairman of the NGO “Volyn Association of carriers taxi” Sergey Romanchuk asked free to call the taxi to bring or pick up passengers. The Director of KP “Avtopromservis” Alexander Martynyuk noted that 30 minutes of stay on the territory of the Old town will be free.
