This was during a press conference said the chief of Department Elena Korchak and chair of the Youth Council of Vinnytsia city Council Dmitry World. The average wage in the area at the end of November last year amounted to more than 3300 thousand UAH, and average pension payment as of 1 January this year is 1460, 88 thousand UAH.
