the Prosecutor's office of area sent to court the petition for exemption from criminal liability for tax evasion Director of “trade-Brock", which is paid to the budget of all customs duties, from payment of which is evaded. During a pretrial investigation it is established that 29-year-old official in September 2015 intentionally evaded paying the company the outstanding amounts of customs payments at import to Ukraine of 7 vehicles, providing them with documents with false information about year of production, the cost of the car and the period of their use. To attract him to criminal liability the Director of the enterprise paid to the budget in full all unpaid taxes – almost 860 thousand UAH. The court then granted the petition of Prosecutor's office and closed the criminal proceedings against him.
