From 01 February 2016 the authority of the municipal police Department of the Lutsk city Council will be transferred to the issuing of permits (orders) for improvement works/excavation work with the municipal police Department of the Lutsk city Council, namely: Excavation or installation work that are not associated with padding, shifting, repair of engineering networks and constructions. Excavation or installation works associated with razvitiem road surface of streets, roads, playgrounds, squares. Work associated with the disturbance of improvement objects of the green economy. Work associated with engineering research. Work related to archaeological research. Construction of new and replacement of existing landing areas for passengers of public transport with the installation of an awning or pavilion. Repair and/or device platforms for Parking vehicles, sports, children's and other sites. Replacement of damaged or obsolete structures supports, lamps, lighting fittings, ropes, stretch marks, cables, wires, communication equipment. Installation, relocation or replacement of drain, water pipes and water-intake wells. Installation of new, renewal, repair and replacement of existing landscaping. Recovery and restoration of destroyed parts of the foundations of the monuments, decorative sculptures and compositions, or components, of fountains and decorative pools with the replacement of worn-out pipes and plumbing fixtures fountains and the like. Installation of new and/or repair and restoration of damaged facilities and equipment of beaches (wardrobe, Luggage storage, rental of beach equipment, toilets, benches, fungi, sheds, gazebos, etc), sports and baby equipment. These changes will ensure strict adherence to the Law of Ukraine "About improvement of settlements" and the decision of Lutsk city Council from 29.07.2009 ¹44/2 "the Rules of beautification of the city" relating to the control of excavation and improvement works (deadlines, landscaping restoration), the issuance of warrants and engaging, in case of identification of violations of economic entities and holders of networks to administrative responsibility according to art 152 Art.
