27 January in Kostopil district employment center held a seminar with the heads of village councils on the theme: "solving the problems of rural employment by bringing together the employment service, local authorities and employers". Director of regional employment center Basil.Kharchenko told the audience about results of work of the employment service in 2015, and outlined the main directions of further cooperation. A separate emphasis was made on the questions of legalization of workplaces, the provision of social services to internally displaced persons, demobilized military personnel. About the main provisions of the legislation as to meet the demand of employers for labor, the employment of citizens with additional safeguards in promoting employment, told the chief of Department of interaction with employers Igor Martynyuk. He also acquainted the participants with the procedure of compensation of employer expenditures for wages employed unemployed number of internally displaced persons. Leading specialist of Department of interaction with employers RCS Ludmila Semeniuk familiarized the audience with the organization of public and other works of a temporary nature. Senior counsel Irina Shelepina drew attention to the observance of the law when hiring and firing employees, deadlines for submission of statistical reports. The participants discussed the practical implementation of regulatory instruments of the labour market, exchanged views on the advantages of the new legislation on employment and endorsed the main priorities for joint work in the current year. Malodubenskoe the Chairman of the village Council Svetlana Kovalchuk shared his own experience concerning the organization and carrying out of public works, noted their usefulness for local communities and for the unemployed. For active and socially responsible position in the labour market of individual village heads was marked by gratitude of the regional employment center.
