Chairman of the regional state administration Valery Cow on January 28 paid a working visit to the orativ district. During the visit, the head of the Vinnytsia region met with an economic asset of the district, informing about the main positions of the regional authorities and the challenges facing the state and the region in particular. Valery Cow noted that the country experienced the most dramatic year in its history and is now on the threshold of major change, and it is therefore necessary to realistically assess the situation. "You have to understand that the actions of everyone, who works and takes responsibility, after a certain period of time will be given people estimated. And our task - each of us - is to be honest in this difficult period", - noted the Chairman of regional state administration. The head of the region noted that over the years one of the main positions, which were in sight of the authorities, was the issue of security of citizens. In his words, serious attention was paid to territorial defense area, the system restore accounting of reservists. "In pursuance of the Directive of the General staff of Ukraine, I signed an order and we have built in the Vinnitsa region of an additional 12 regional military commissariats. The main task for them is to ensure planned, effective work with regard to military service of citizens" , - said Valery Cow. The head of the Vinnytsia oblast also reported that now there is a reform of the prosecution and law enforcement. And in the context of these processes is emphasized: governments should exert maximum effort in any way not to provoke any conflicts. "Society needs rest, normal, regular work. No need to create conflict, because it does not benefit the development of the region, area and Ukraine in General. We must pass this period and become stronger", - said the Chairman of regional state administration. Valery Cow noted that due to the introduced in last year changes in Budget and Tax codes, Vinnytsia region received an additional 670 million hryvnia. And this is a serious resource for development of territories. During the meeting, the Chairman yeah also highlighted the positions of regional development, road maintenance, development of the health care industry. According to her, the farmers of the district last year collected 158 thousand tons of grain and leguminous crops. In the livestock industry there was an increase in the realization of cattle in live weight, growth in the number of livestock of pigs and the increase in the gross milk yield. Consequently, the rating on indicators of agricultural area area ranked 4th. Great attention during the year has also been an attraction of additional investments into economy of area. So, last year, said Nadezhda Melnichuk, enterprises and organizations of all forms of ownership at the expense of different sources of financing disbursed 104 million hryvnias of capital investments. In 2015 completed the implementation of three investment projects for a total amount of 4.5 million hryvnia. The implementation of 2 projects, totaling 19 million hryvnia, continues. "At the expense of an overfulfillment of a profitable part of local budgets were allocated 6.8 million on maintenance for public sector institutions and their development. In addition, due to the free balance at the beginning of the year, yet 4.7 million UAH", - said the Chairman of the district state administration.
