In the Volyn region prosecutors on the protection of the violated rights of citizens and interests of the state
the Bodies of Prosecutor's office of Volyn systematically and comprehensively use Executive functions to restore the violated rights of citizens and interests of the state. Last year the courts granted the claim of the prosecutors and voluntarily compensated closed-case 29.2 mln. Of them in the public sector satisfied 13 claims for a total of 954 thousand UAH. Before’claims shown in interests of the state – by 35.7 mln., in the interest of citizens, at 709 thousand UAH. Prosecutors actively used Executive powers to protect the interests of the state in the sphere of state and municipal property. In 2015, before’revealed claims by 19.7 mln., the courts recovered to 19.3 mln. In particular, the decision of the economic court of Volyn region from 05 December 2015 satisfied the claim of Prosecutor's office of area in the interests of the state represented by state property Fund of Ukraine to PJSC "Voluntourist" on the provision of buildings and facilities of the boarding house "Shatsky lakes" in the village of Shatsk district Gusevo a total cost of 18.6 million UAH. The court decision came into legal force and sent for execution. Was paid last year, attention to the protection of state interests in the sphere of land relations. During the year before’57 shown claims for the sum more than 12 million UAH. Courts satisfied such claims 3.9 million USD. the rest are pending. Real implementation in 2015 of court decisions on claims prosecutors for the sum more than 26 million USD. including to the budget – 2.5 million. On the execution of judicial decisions in the interests of citizens collected 199 thousand UAH. including pay – 121 thousand UAH. Intensified in the past year, Executive activity in the field of environmental protection. Thanks to taken measures the actual execution of court decisions on 272 thousand UAH. Reimbursed 300 thousand UAH. the harm caused by criminal offences. On questions of land relations the decisions of the courts executed over $ 2.7 million USD. According to the results of the implementation of the Prosecutor's office of Executive activities in the execution of judicial decisions in 2015 seven registered criminal proceedings, one directed to the court.
