In Khmelnytsky oblast, rescuers warn about the dangers during their stay on the ice
ice fishing for many years considered one of the most dangerous Hobbies, which annually takes dozens of lives in Ukraine, because the main danger is the threat of falling through the ice, get frostbite, freeze to death in the icy water. Khmelnytsky rescuers tirelessly continue to instruct anglers about safe behavior on the ice. So, 29 January the employees of Khmelnitsky city Department of GU gschs in the Khmelnytsky oblast conducted preventive RAID on the main waterfront of the city – the river southern bug, – during which he held a preventive conversation with the citizens and handed over the materials of visual propaganda.
