In the region the completion of liquidation proceedings of bankrupt enterprises – special attention
the purpose of debt repayment in the budget of the Pension Fund, the cooperation of the main Department of Pension Fund of Ukraine in Ternopil region with the sector on the issues of bankruptcy of the main territorial administration of justice in the Ternopil region. In the framework of cooperation in addressing problems that arise in the process of completing the liquidation proceedings of bankrupt enterprises, the head of the legal Department of the main Department of Pension Fund of Ukraine in Ternopil oblast Pavel Osadchuk had a working meeting with head of the sector on the issues of bankruptcy of the main territorial administration of justice in the field Natalia Gladowsky. It was noted that as at 01.01.2016 initiated and is in production of economic court of 71 bankruptcy case in the amount of 33.0 million USD. from them the debt of bankrupt enterprises by the payment of premiums on obligatory state pension insurance is 7.6 million USD. on payment of single fee for obligatory state social insurance is 0.7 million USD. for compensation of preferential pensions – 24,7 million UAH. Since the beginning of year in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On restoring the debtor's solvency or declaring it bankrupt" initiated bankruptcy proceedings in seven enterprises whose debt is 2.6 million UAH. From businesses for which instituted the proceedings in bankruptcy in 2015 received 631òèñ. UAH. Eliminated 11 of bankrupt enterprises with a total outstanding amount of UAH 2.0 million. The meeting participants discussed the timing of completion of liquidation procedures in the context of each of the enterprise-the bankrupt. Head of the sector of bankruptcy questions has informed that in i quarter of 2016 is expected 5 liquidation of bankrupt enterprises. Particular attention is paid to the completeness of the acceptance of arbitration managing measures on repayment of debts of enterprises for which bankruptcy proceedings have lasted more than five years. Following the meeting identified a list of failed submissions that will be presented for consideration at the next meeting of the appropriate Committee of the regional state administration.
