By the sum of indemnities of loans to households for energy efficiency Vinnytsia oblast ranks third in Ukraine, and the number of loans granted by the latter. About this during the press conference, said Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Vasily Pivovar. According to him, the program of energy saving for the population are planned until 2019. The main activities of the program is to promote energy saving through the creation of a concessional lending facility. Participation in the program take two of the Bank – "savings Bank" and "UGB". "For the CMF population and loan from the state Budget through the Saee compensation is 20, 30 or 40% depending on the loan purpose. For people who receive an annual grant of Saee compensates for as much as 70% of the loan. The regional program in this mechanism provides the repayment of 15% of the loan. There are also city program the winery, which provides for the payment of 30% of the loan to the CMF", – said Deputy Chairman of regional state administration. In General, the amount of compensation energy saving loans for residents of Vinnytsia region will be 1.9 million USD.
