For the specified fact initiated three criminal proceedings under article 309 UK of Ukraine (illegal production, production, acquisition, storage, transportation or transfer of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues). As noted by the Deputy head of Uzhgorod local Prosecutor's office Mikhail Panto on one criminal proceedings the indictment has already been sent to the court for consideration, in respect of the remaining two is still under investigation. According to the Prosecutor, during January of the current year Prosecutor's office of Uzhgorod local together with the Operative-search Department of the first Directorate (service of the Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk and Transcarpathian regions) of Department of counteraction of narcocrime national police of Ukraine during carrying out the authorized Uzhgorod district court searches in private houses in Uzhgorod district, discovered and seized about 1.5 kg of dry powdered plant substances (cannabis).
