Chernivtsi: the Reduction rates of the single payment is the path to the legalization of wages!
The salary in "envelopes" is, without exaggeration, can be called one of the largest obstacles to economic and social development of the state. For anybody not a secret that part of the earnings of the business entities is paid illegally. The trouble is that employees agree to receive, or your entire salary or part of it "in envelopes". And employers and employees unanimously said that the reason for this phenomenon is the high rates of taxation on the wage bill, which together was about half of it. The good news at the end of last year was the adoption of the law of Ukraine from December 24, 2015 No. 909-VIII "On amendments to the Tax code of Ukraine and certain legislative acts of Ukraine concerning balancing the budget revenue in 2016", which entered into force on 1 January 2016. The changes provided a significant reduction in the load on the wage Fund (income) because a single rate of accrual of the unified social tax in amount of 22% and the abolition of deductions from wages (income) of employees. We hope that these changes in the law will facilitate the processes of unshadowing employment and legalization of wages of employees. Dear employers! Government made a step towards the purpose of financial support of your activity, so the urge to take advantage of these benefits of formally documenting the employment relationship with employees and legally pay wages in full, without the use of shadow schemes. By such actions, you will promote social protection and decent pensions work in the future! Be careful employees! Don't be fooled! Ask the employer the official registration of the labor relations and declaring your wages in full (not minimum size), as well as the increase in its level, depending on proficiency level and the complexity of the duties.
