Tacso local Prosecutor's office launched a pretrial investigation on the fact of misappropriation, embezzlement of property or possession by abuse of official position of officials of GP ’s Brusturyanka LMG" (part 2 of article 191 of the criminal code of Ukraine). This fact is also confirmed the results of the counter-checks, and, as a consequence, confirmed the sum of the caused material harm (damage) to a public entity for that amount. The sanction of part 2 of article 191 of the criminal code of Ukraine provides the penalty of restriction of liberty for up to n'five years or imprisonment for the same term.
