In Lutsk permission (orders) to work on landscaping/earthworks will now have to submit to the municipal police Department
From 01 February 2016 the authority of the municipal police Department of the Lutsk city Council Department of housing and public utilities was transferred to the issuing of permits (orders) for landscaping/earthworks. 01-5 February 2016 Department of the control over the accomplishment and sanitary condition of the city Department of the municipal police of Lutsk city Council 5 issued emergency orders. Orders received: SCE "Lockable" at: Ave Renaissance, 9-11, vul. S. Kovalevskaya, 16; KP "Lutskvodokanal" at the address str. Cathedral, 19; Lutsk branch of PJSC "volynyoblenergo" at the addresses: vul. James, 25, vul. Trunky, 3b. According to the Law of Ukraine "About improvement of settlements" and the decision of Lutsk city Council from 29.07.2009 ¹44/2 "the Rules of beautification of the city of Lutsk" issued orders remain in control of the municipal police Department to respect deadlines and to restore damaged areas. In case of detection of violations and compliance landscaping restoration of those territories of the balance sheet the networks will be brought to administrative responsibility according to art 152 Art.
