At the opening ceremony of the international tournament, the participants of the sport event welcomed Lutsk mayor Mykola Romanyuk, the President of the Committee for physical culture and sport Yuri Volynets and the son of the legendary volleyball player Andrei Semenyuk. They thanked everyone who continues the case of Sergei Semeniuk, wished the athletes good game and victory of the strongest.
