The investigative Department of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region in the court directed the indictment in resonant road accident with participation of the head of Department Gosavtoinspektsii
Investigative Department of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region completed pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings on the fact of Commission of road accident the head of the office of the state traffic Inspectorate service in one of the districts of Vinnytsia oblast UMVD of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region and on the same day to Trostyanetsky district court of Vinnytsia region aimed indictment of a criminal offense under part 2 of article 286 of the criminal code of Ukraine. During the investigation established that the driver, driving the car «Volkswagen Touareg" night of August 2, last year, being in a state of alcoholic JV’intoxication, in violation of p. 18.1. and 18.3 SDA Ukraine, Trostyanets, made arrival on the woman who crossed the road at a pedestrian crossing. As a result dorozhno-transport incident the victim sustained serious bodily injury.
