In Transcarpathia will judge Pakistani who repeatedly helped smuggle illegal immigrants to Europe
the Prosecutor of the Transcarpathian region sent to the court indictment against a citizen of Pakistan on charge in the organization of illegal transportation of persons across the state border of Ukraine by providing the means of Commission of the offence, guidance and remove obstacles from selfish motives (part 3 St. 332 criminal code of Ukraine). As the head of the Department of supervision of observance of laws by bodies of SBU, and State border service Oleksandr Vasilenko, Pakistani provide transportation in Kiev in the Transcarpathian region 6 and accommodation of illegal migrants. In addition, trying to eliminate possible obstacles to detection of illegal immigrants the competent authorities, moved them from Hust to S. Curve Khust district, where they were detained by militiamen. Reference: sanctions according to part 3, article 332 of the criminal code of Ukraine, for Commission of this crime punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term from seven to virgins’five years of imprisonment with confiscation of the vehicle.
