In Vinnitsa region with two-day working visit arrived the Chairman of the State Treasury service of Ukraine Tatiana slyuzov. Two days high official will hold working meetings in 9 districts, began a working visit with a visit to the offices of the State Treasury service of Ukraine in Vinnytsia, Vinnytsia and Lipovecka districts of Vinnytsia region. Also the head of the Treasury held a meeting with participation of the Chairman of the regional state administration Valery Koroviya, the Chairman of the regional Council Anatoliy Oliynyk, head of Vinnytsia city Sergey Morgunov, Directors of departments of the regional state administration, heads of regional, municipal institutions in Vinnytsia oblast. "Over the years we have managed to solve the problem of operation of a single Treasury account, this is a very big step. This gave the opportunity to leverage the powerful financial resources obtained within the framework of fiscal decentralization. After making the budget and tax codes of local budgets of Vinnitsa region additionally received almost 940 mln. On fiscal decentralization continues, in addition, implementation of the new system on tender procedures. There are so many questions, but we are moving forward," said Valery Cow. During the meeting discussed issues related to the beginning of the 2016 fiscal year on the strategic directions of reforming of the budgetary legislation, in particular, financing of the United territorial community, to meet the requirements of the law of Ukraine "About the openness of the use of public money", the introduction of e-reporting by clients of the Treasury using the electronic service E-Data, the order of administration of the VAT and other relevant issues. In addition, Tatiana slyuzov told about new in 2015 remote work with the client through the program-technical complex "Client-Treasury – Treasury". In the framework of the working visit Tatiana slyuzov visited General Directorate of State Treasury service of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region and held a meeting with the team, which highlighted the main priorities of the Treasury for 2016.
