4th session of the Chernihiv city Council of the 7th convocation will be held on 25 February
in Accordance with paragraph 8 of part four of article 42 of the law of Ukraine "About local government in Ukraine" to convene the fourth session of the Chernihiv city Council of the seventh convocation, February 25, 2016 at 10 a.m. in the conference room of the city Council (vul. Magistrate, 7). To the session are questions: 1. About the Program the contents of burial places, maintenance and protection of cemeteries of the city of Chernihiv for 2016. 2. About the restoration of children's playgrounds and sports fields for 2016 – 2017. 3. On approval of the Report on the expenditure of the trust Fund for the development of engineering and transport and social infrastructure of the city of Chernihiv in 2015. 4. About the Program of computerization of educational institutions of the city of Chernihiv for 2016-2020. 5. On agreement on free of charge transfer to the municipal property of a territorial community of Chernigov social infrastructure. 6. On introducing changes in the list of objects of municipal property of a territorial community of Chernigov, which will be privatised in 2016. 7. About the Report of Fund of municipal property of the city Council on the progress and results of alienation of property of municipal property of the territorial community M. Chernigov in 2015. 8. About giving consent for donation from the public to the municipal property of a territorial community of the city of Chernigovʼobjects of social infrastructure (health facilitiesʼI). 9. On the implementation of the city budget for 2015. 10. About the use of the contingency Fund of the city budget for 2015. 11. On the implementation of the debt management of the city budget of the city of Chernihiv for 2015. 12. On introducing amendments and addenda to the decision of the city Council dated December 28, 2015 No. 2/VII – 6 “On the city budget for 2016” with amendments and additions (No. 3/VII – 12). 13. On amendments to the decision of the city Council from 28.12.2015 No. 2/VII – 9 ʺOn the structure of Executive bodies of city Councilʺ. 14. About the conditions of remuneration of the Deputy of the mayor concerning activity of Executive bodies of the Council. 15. Approval of the Deputy of the mayor concerning activity of Executive bodies of the Council. 16. On introducing amendments and addenda to the decision of the city Council of 11 December 2015, No. 1/VII – 4 "establishment of an Executive Committee of the Chernihiv city Council of the seventh convocation and approval of its members". 17. On the granting of permission for the development of the project Detailed plan of residential buildings within the streets of the Ring, the I. Balitsky and Scarlet. 18. Termination of agreements the city of Chernigov with Russian sister cities. 19. On approval of projects of land management concerning allocation of land plots, technical documentation for land management on the transfer of land into ownership and lease to citizens, renewal of leases to citizens for construction and maintenance of residential house, household buildings and constructions (HOMESTEAD land), gardening, maintenance garages, and gardening . 20. On the granting of permission for the development of projects of land management concerning allocation of land plots, technical documentation on land management regarding the establishment (restoration) of land boundaries in nature (on district) citizens for construction and maintenance of residential house, household buildings and constructions (HOMESTEAD land), gardening, the construction of individual garages and gardening. 21. On the renewal of lease agreements of land plots to legal entities and individuals. 22. On approval of projects of land management concerning allocation of land plots, technical documentation with land management, provision, exclusion and transfer of land plots to legal entities and individuals. 23. On the granting of permission for the development of projects of land management concerning allocation of land plots, technical documentation on land management for legal entities and individuals. 24.
