In Vinnytsia region discussed the implementation of restorative practices conflict resolution (photo)
February 12, the Educational-methodical center of psychological service of the education system of Vinnytsia region held a meeting of the inter-methodological center of psychological service "Genesis". During the meeting they discussed the socio-pedagogical and psychological work with children in conflict and postconflict period, as well as enhancing the implementation of peer mediation in educational institutions of Vinnytsia region. About the main aspects of socio-pedagogical and psychological work with children in conflict and postconflict period, said the Center's Director Tatiana Kamensek. According to her, supported by the Department of education and science of Vinnytsia regional state administration and on the initiative of the Training and methodological center of psychological service of the education system of Vinnytsia region by the introduction in schools of mediation for more than 8 years in the field implemented in educational institutions of 19 districts and cities in the region the mechanism of creation of school services of understanding and services for conflict resolution in which trained student-mediators to solve conflicts between participants of the educational process, positive relationships, skills for solving conflicts. Not implemented the program "peer Mediation" in 13 districts, namely: Bershad, First Litinsky Step-Peschanskaya, Principal, Teplitsky, Tomashpil, Khmelnytsky, Lubensky, Chernivtsi, Shargorodsky, Yampil districts and Ladyzhin. During the meeting was the panel discussion "Experience, problems and resources in their decision concerning the introduction of restorative practices in the education system of Vinnytsia region," where about the experience of implementing school-based services for conflict resolution in the districts and towns in Vinnytsia oblast told the Methodists of psychological service of Vinnytsia, Barsky, Zhmerinka, Kalinowski, Kozyatinskaya Mogilev-Podolsky, and Buchach districts of Vinnitsa, Kazatin and M. of practical psychologists Kryzhopil, liposarcoma areas, Centre for technical and vocational education food technology M. Vinnitsa. The staff of psychological services has made a proposal for the expansion of peer mediation in all districts and cities of Vinnytsia region. The seminar ended with a master class from the Methodist Centre Ludmilla Adamchuk on the theme "Conflict and mediation, the role of the practical psychologist".
