In the Vinnytsia region, the amount of the allocation of land plots for the ATO participants has increased by 8 times
Measures implemented by Deregionalization, significantly intensify the process of allocation of land to participants ATO. This is evidenced by the analysis of statistical data since the inception of the initiative in July 2014 and to . So, for the second half of 2014, the participants ate 18 950 filed applications for receiving the land plots in property. During this time the military has granted permission for the development of projects of land management concerning allocation of land plots 10 009. Actually in the property for 6 months of 2014 they received 1 296 land parcels with a total area of 543,82 hectares. For the same period in 2015, the rate was almost 8 times more – in property of military personnel provided by 10 290 land plots with a total area of 6 hectares 775,1. For July–December 2015 the participants of the ATO filed 52,5 thousand applications for land, according to which granted permission for the development of projects of land management on branch 32 914 land. An increase in the acreage of lands set aside by Deregionalization for the military, and it is noted for a wider time period. July 2014 (since the introduction of initiatives to ensure the ground) and until March 2015, the participants ate 28 filed thousands of applications for plots. According to the results of consideration of the surveyors provided the military 16 thousand permits to develop land management projects for allotment of land. The property of military personnel received the 2.2 thousand land plots with an area of nearly 890 acres. In the period from March 2015 and as in land surveying service received from the ATO participants 75 thousand applications for allotment of the land plots. The army received more than 48 thousand permits to develop land management projects. By the decision of territorial bodies of Derzeitiger the property transferred over 14.8 thousand parcels, total area of 10.3 thousand hectares. The positive dynamics was achieved due to a number of measures aimed at optimization of the process of allocation of land to participants ATO and implemented by Deregionalization. Thanks developed by agencies of the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers regarding the priority of the rights of ATO participants to receive land plots, approved by the Government, was able to significantly reduce the clearance of land by military personnel. For comparison, the area of reserved land plots for their transfer to the ATO participants at the beginning of the initiative in July 2014 amounted to 18.4 thousand hectares. As of January 2016 for members of ATU reserved 65 thousand hectares. "I tasked the heads of territorial bodies of Derzeitiger to make the process of finding available land for soldiers ATO on a regular basis. He assured that despite the wide range of challenges facing Deregionalization, in particular the completion of the land reform, the allocation of land to participants ATO, taking into account the social and ethical aspect of this issue remains a priority. Reference As at 11 February 2016 the participants of the ATO 104 378 filed applications for receiving the land plots. Of them in territorial bodies of Derzeitiger – 54 962 (53 %) statements, which satisfied 83 %. The local governments received 49 416 (47 %) of the statements of which satisfied 38 per cent.
