Rivne region: rescuers of gschs teach children the basics of safe life in the classroom-the Museum of fire protection
In Rivne continues the work of the children's national firefighter class-a Museum of fire protection “Ray”, which operates on the basis of school ¹24. Monthly it is visited by hundreds of students from all educational institutions of the region. The work of the class-Museum is aimed at raising children's awareness of respect for and interest in the profession of a rescuer, help in mastering the preschoolers and students of educational institutions of the rules of safe life. So, on February 16 in class-the Museum was visited by students of the 5th class of the 11th secondary school of the regional center. Employees of the Main Department of State service for emergency situations together with employees of regional educational-methodical center of civil protection and life safety in an interesting and understandable manner told the children about the difficult everyday life of rescuers, the main activities of rescue Services of the region and also recalled the main hazards during the winter period and compliance with the rules of safe life. The head of the Museum Lyudmila Kolokolova demonstrated the presence of instructive diamondfree about need of observance of fire safety rules and procedures in the event of a threat to life. In turn, the rescuers drew the children's attention on the treatment of fireworks and reminded of the rules of action in case of detection of suspicious explosive objects. Upon completion of the visit to the Museum with the aim to consolidate the knowledge all students received posters and leaflets. By the way, employees of the Main Department of civil service on emergency situations of the region are constantly dealing with the problems of the Museum, from year to year, adding to exhibits, as well as routinely participate in the educational process and enhances the knowledge of children through material and technical equipment of the modern class video equipment and video materials on issues of safety. Rivne rescuers together with teachers widely use the capabilities class Museum, especially during the in General educational and preschool institutions of the region weeks of knowledge of life safety.
