In the Transcarpathian region patrol police,which hit a motorcyclist in Mukachevo threatens till three years of restriction of freedom
Mukachevo local Prosecutor's office included information in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations upon dorozhno-transport incident to participation of the car of the patrol police "the Toyota Prius", which made a collision with a motorcycle, causing the motorcycle driver was injured (part 1 of article 286 of the criminal code of Ukraine). Previously it is established that on 16 February the official car of the brand «Toyota Prius" under the private police company commander No. 5 of the management of the battalion of patrol service of the Patrol police in the cities of Uzhgorod and Mukachevo, the starting maneuver of the left turn at the gas station «OKKO", didn't provide advantage in movement to the driver of the motorcycle, which moved from S. V. Koropets in Mukachevo direction on the moped brand "Forward" and made a collision with it. As a result of the accident the man got injuries in the form of polytrauma, traumatic brain injury, the slaughter of the chest and right shoulder joint, fracture of the left fibula bone. The sanction of part 1 of article 286 of the criminal code of Ukraine prescribes punishment in the form of a fine from two hundred to'atiot non-taxable minimum incomes, or correctional labor for up to two years, or with arrest for the term up to six months, or restraint of liberty for a term up to three years, with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for up to three years or without such.
